By accessing or using HandyAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
HandyAI is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for skilled trades professionals. Our service includes customer management, job tracking, scheduling, invoicing, review requests, and communication tools.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or send spam
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
- Access other users' accounts without permission
5. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all customer data and content you input into HandyAI. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You can export your data at any time.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
8. Limitation of Liability
HandyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
