01.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GetHandy AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our platform tools.
02.Description of Service
GetHandy AI is an AI-powered business management platform designed for trades professionals and independent contractors. Our services include customer management, job tracking, scheduling, invoicing, review requests, AI replies, and website builder tools.
03.User Accounts
As a registered contractor user, you are responsible for:

- ■All activities and communications that occur under your account
- ■Providing accurate and complete business information
04.Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- ■Use the service for illegal purposes or send unsolicited spam
- ■Attempt to interfere with or disrupt platform servers
- ■Access other users' accounts or data without permission
05.Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as explicitly required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days advance notice.
06.Data Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of all customer data, job logs, and content you input into GetHandy AI. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data. You may export your data at any time.
07.Independent Contractors & Handymen
All handymen, service providers, and trades professionals utilizing GetHandy AI are INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS and are NOT employees, agents, or partners of GetHandy AI.
GetHandy AI is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or execution of physical work performed by any contractor. Each professional is solely responsible for their own services, licensing, insurance, and legal compliance.
08.Anti-Spam & Customer Communications
Each user is solely responsible for ensuring that all outbound client SMS, emails, and review requests comply with local anti-spam legislation (CASL/TCPA). GetHandy AI shall not be held liable for unauthorized communications initiated by users.
